Xavier Raucroix

Co-founder

He brings more than 20 years of experience in complex geotechnical design, combined with strong management skills. Alongside his daily work, he is a professor at ECAM in Brussels and vice-chair of the Belgian Group for Soil Mechanics and Geotechnics.

Hans Verbraken

Co-founder

He combines more than 13 years of experience in complex geotechnical projects with the scientific depth of his doctorate. This combination underpins his drive for precise, well-considered solutions. Alongside his daily work, he is a professor at KU Leuven and chair of the standardisation committee.
